Amigo Energy strives to make bill payment simple and convenient. Please use one of the following methods to submit payments.
Use My Amigo
or call customer service at (888) 469-2644 to setup auto draft for your account. Authorization may take up to two billing cycles to take effect.

Credit Card payments over the phone are the fastest way for Amigo Energy to be notified of bill payments, but must be processed at least one business day prior to disconnection. (Amigo Energy prefers the use of Mastercard and Visa.)
Detach the bottom portion (Payment Stub) of your bill statement and return with your check or money order in the envelope provided. Please include your account four to six digit account number on your check or money order to help us process your payment correctly.
At a Pay Station*
Amigo Energy has developed an extensive network of over 800 Pay Stations in cooperation with Ace Cash Express and BARRI. Customers can make in person payments at any of these locations in and around Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and South Texas. You may also use the Express Payment Form to make a MoneyGram Express payment at any area Walmart or 100 other convenient locations. Amigo Energy will be notified by the next business day of your payment.

*Acceptance depends on authorization of charges by merchant card provider. Declined charges may require alternative payment. Pay stations may charge a minimal fee to receive your payment. Payments received through a BARRI pay station will immediately post to your account. All other Pay Station payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of information from the paystation processor which may take 1 to 3 business days. Your account will be credited effective the date you payed at the paystation.
